I have extensive moderative & community-management abilities.
I have been in the moderation & management industry for nearly 5 years now.
I have worked for groups with 100K+ group members, and a lot with more than 10K+ Discord members in individual servers. I have also worked for groups of whom featured their own games, some reaching a staggering 200 / 500 CCU.

What I Will Do
As your Community Manager (CM), I will do the following:
Ensure staff activity, scout for talented users, engage with the community on a daily/weekly basis, host events, manage funding, merchandise, server upkeep, server management, and much more.

Chaos Theory - Administrator
As an administrator at Chaos Theory, I was tasked with configuring staff documents, such as making them more updated & visually appealing, and transferring all previous Google-based docs into a Trello, which was then managed by both me & a Community Manager. I was also tasked with ensuring staff-team stability & morale, ensuring that staff were active or face removal.
I worked for Chaos Theory for 6 months as a staff-member, and for 2 as an Administrator before resigning.
QLD:RP - Moderator
As a moderator at QLD:RP, I was tasked with ensuring server & community safety, by banning exploiters and users who violated our guidelines.
I was a Moderator for 2 months at QLD:RP before resigning.
Look_Lewis Projects - Senior Moderator
As a senior moderator at Look_Lewis Projects (aka LLP), I was tasked with ensuring staff-stability & ensuring the game (San Andreas) was not being attacked by exploiters, and/or users violating our guidelines.
I was a Senior Moderator at LLP for 2/3 months before resigning.
Site-45 - Morpher
As a morpher at Site-45 (a Morpher is a Moderator), I was tasked with assisting any and all players who made requests such as being respawned, killed, or simply reporting a user. I was also tasked with assigning proper morphs to users who had permission, and ensuring roleplays were properly conducted.
I was a Morpher at Site-45 for 5 months before resigning.
These are only a small few of the groups I have been in. In total (based on memory), I've been in 50+ groups where I have held either moderator+ roles, or management roles of sorts.
